**Low-Middle Income Economies as defined by the World Bank
Registration is for in-person attendance in Manchester at the meeting held 5–7 November 2025, with access to pre- and post-materials.
If you plan on joining us in Manchester, you can get a 10% registration discount if you participate in the Annual CME Survey. The discount code from the Annual Survey will only be available until 24 October 2025. However, please do add your voice to the survey whether or not you plan to attend.
NOTE
**If you are from a low to middle income economy you are eligible for a further discount. Contact us at cme@cmeforum.org to receive your discount code.

Venue: Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester, UK
18ECF will be held at the Emirates Old Trafford, the cricket ground in Manchester, UK. This is right next to Old Trafford tram stop with links to Manchester Airport and the centre of the city.
We are still negotiating a conference rate with the venue hotel and a list of further options in the centre of Manchester. More information will be available mid-June.
