European CME Forum is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to bringing together all stakeholder groups with an interest in Continuing Medical Education (CME)/Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for healthcare professionals. It facilitates multi-channel discussion in an independent and neutral environment to promote the advance of high-quality CME in Europe and around the globe.
16th Annual European CME Forum — Voices in CME-CPD
Registration is open and the Call for Abstracts for Poster/Oral Presentation is being extended to 25 September! The Call for Proposals for Workshops is now closed.
16ECF will take place in The Hague, The Netherlands, 8-10 November 2023, starting with the pre-meeting workshops on Wednesday 8th at 9.30am.
The theme of this year's meeting is "Voices in CME-CPD" - we will be taking a deep dive into the various players in European and global CME-CPD, looking at best practices, systems, requirements and what is currently being done when designing, developing, funding, accrediting and delivering CME-CPD.
The meeting will be in-person only.

Expanding the voices in CME-CPD - Journal of CME 2023 Special Collection
The Call for Papers for the Journal of CME 2023 Special Collection is now closed for guaranteed publication ahead of 16ECF - however if you have a paper that may be suitable, you can still submit it to the Special Collection. This year the theme is: Expanding the voices in CME-CPD.
Lisa Sullivan is the Guest Editor, leading a multidisciplinary and global editorial team. The goal of this Special Collection is to highlight different voices that are included in CME/CPD and how listening to and involving these voices adds value and impacts engagement across the professions, different stakeholder groups and around the world.
