The calls for pre-meeting sessions, workshops and posters are open for 18ECF. Click below for the relevant guidance and submission form for your poster, pre-meeting session or workshop proposal.

Deadline for submissions will be on Monday 21 July 2025 for the pre-meetings and workshops and Monday 15 September 2025 for the posters.
