Registration is for in-person attendance at the Van der Valk Hotel, Schiphol, 11–13 November 2026, with access to pre- and post-materials. You will also have full access to all materials and recordings from last year's meeting, 18ECF in Manchester 2025.

NOTE

**If you are from a low to middle income economy you are eligible for a further discount. Contact us at cme@cmeforum.org to receive your discount code.

19ECF will be held on the first floor of the Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol, Netherlands. There is a regular, direct shuttle service from the Schiphol Airport Arrivals to the Van der Valk Hotel, if you are driving, there is free parking on-site.

Hotel accommodation

The Van der Valk Hotel Schiphol is not offering a conference rate this year. You can book directly online or investigate third party sites for a better rate. It is a large hotel with good availability, but book early to secure your room.
